Description

The Assisrant Construction Superintendent will be responsible for assisting in the following:

  • managing the on site day-to-day construction of complex projects
  • ensuring that the project is being completed according to budget and schedule
  • Managing on site subcontractors
  • overseeing an Assistant Superintendent and Field Engineers
  • acting as the main point of contact for the client

Profile

The successful Assistant Construction Superintendent will have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Construction Technology, or related field preferred
  • 2-5 years of commercial construction experience (as an Assistant Superintendent, Project Engineer or Field Engineer with a General Contractor)
  • Commercial and/or multifamily construction project experience
  • Strong computer/software skills
  • Working understanding of Procore
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
