Care Team / Office Manager

Non-exempt hourly position - $25 to $28 per hour depending on experience

Senior Helpers is a non-medical in-home care service provider committed to providing the highest quality care to the elderly community. We are seeking an experienced and professional Care Team / Office Manager to join our team. We are in need of a sharp, detail-oriented, high-energy individual who is determined and able to exceed expectations with the upmost compassion and integrity. Reports To: Owner

Primary Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
  • Manage daily office operations, maintaining a professional workplace, ensuring accurate and timely client invoicing, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Assist with recruiting, hiring, and on-boarding caregivers, locate new sources of qualified employees, and attend job fairs and networking events.
  • Schedule and coordinate caregiver staff, respond to scheduling conflicts and call-outs, collect time sheets for payroll, and maintain an updated employee database.
  • Assist with answering phone calls, providing information to potential clients, solving problems for current clients, and visiting clients and caregivers to solicit feedback and improve services.
  • Create various packets and materials (welcome, prospective client, new hire, employee handbooks), analyze performance data, develop reports, and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
    • Prior experience in management, recruiting, and HR on-boarding activities in a healthcare entity required.
    • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a changing environment, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
    • Exceptional and verifiable customer service skills, professional and courteous tone, and ability to proactively prevent issues and suggest office improvements.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, and Outlook, with ability to learn other software programs quickly and work independently and as part of a team.
    • Qualified candidates must possess a valid driver's license with insurance. Background checks and other pre-employment screening will be required.
