We are seeking an Office Manager to join our team 100% Onsite in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for office administration, receiving inventory, coordinating with staff and vendors, and managing documents.


Responsibilities:

• Assist in receiving inventory items and ensure accurate quantities

• Collaborate with management and accounting to ensure timely invoicing

• Accurately update items received in the accounting software system

• Address and resolve any discrepancies with staff or vendors

• Handle office administration tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment

• Coordinate with local vendors and service providers to ensure continuity

• Make travel arrangements including booking flights

• Develop and implement organizational processes for document management

• Perform clerical duties and maintain accurate records and files of activities

• Collect and forward all vendor and utility invoices, receipts, and packing slips to the accounting department

• Assist in filing of employee receipts for monthly expense reports.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Direct experience with Oracle NetSuite is a bonus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
