Office Manager (Contract-to-Hire)
Location: San Francisco, CA. Close to Bart station
Compensation: $30-$35/hour

Position Summary:
As the Office Manager, you will be the backbone of our office operations, ensuring the workplace runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll take charge of administrative tasks, assist in recruitment efforts, and play a critical role in supporting our operations team. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating a productive and welcoming work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management:

    • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including ordering supplies, managing vendor relationships, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

    • Coordinate office events, meetings, and team-building activities.

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related issues and inquiries.

  • Administrative Support:

    • Manage calendars, scheduling, and travel arrangements for team members as needed.

    • Assist with document preparation, filing, and other administrative tasks.

    • Maintain and improve office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.

  • HR Support:

    • Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communications, and maintaining applicant tracking systems.

    • Assist in onboarding new hires to ensure a seamless start to their journey with the company.

  • Operations Support:

    • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure projects and tasks are executed smoothly.

    • Assist in streamlining processes and implementing tools to optimize productivity.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in office management, administrative support, or operations in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with recruiting coordination is a strong plus.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools.

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a high attention to detail.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • A proactive and adaptable attitude with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.

  • Previous experience in a startup environment is a bonus.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
