Job Description:
The Call Center Agent at CORE X PLUG will handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers, address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product or service information. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to manage a high volume of calls efficiently.

Pay Range:

$850 - $1150 weekly

Responsibilities:
  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to customers
  • Assist customers with placing orders, resolving issues, and answering inquiries
  • Document and update customer records in the company's database
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors or appropriate departments when necessary
  • Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction and resolution
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and adhere to quality standards
  • Meet or exceed performance targets, including call volume and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service or a related field is a plus
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
  • Strong verbal communication skills and active listening abilities
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
