Role Overview: In this influential position, you will lead our community engagement efforts, guiding a dedicated team of Community Relations Representatives. Your role will focus on expanding our reach and enhancing our visibility within the healthcare community, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic community relations plans across your designated areas, including territory and account management.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Community Relations Representatives, setting ambitious growth targets and nurturing a success-driven culture.
  • Assemble a top-tier hospice sales team by strategically recruiting skilled Community Relations team members.
  • Conduct in-field coaching with Community Relations team members to enhance their sales techniques and achieve superior outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, community leaders, and key referral sources.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to optimize our outreach and increase patient admissions.
  • Represent Inspire Hospice at various community and professional events, solidifying our reputation as the industry leader.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless patient transitions and uphold the highest standards of care.

  • Brings at least five years of healthcare sales experience, with a proven track record of leading sales teams and crafting effective marketing strategies within the post acute healthcare sector.
  • Demonstrates prior leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
  • Possesses a deep understanding of the hospice industry and community healthcare dynamics.
  • Exhibits exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Skilled in navigating complex business situations and fostering a collaborative team environment.
