Client Relations Specialist

The Customer Service Professional is dedicated to delivering outstanding service to both prospective and current clients. This role involves recognizing opportunities for cross-selling and collaborating with sales experts for follow-up actions. The position supports the Agency Owner and Director in achieving service objectives while maintaining a professional demeanor, courteous interaction, and a genuine desire to assist clients. Exceptional communication skills are essential for fostering strong relationships with those we serve.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver tailored, professional customer service experiences by establishing trust and nurturing strong client relationships.
- Address customer inquiries related to coverage options, billing, claims, or products by adhering to established agency protocols.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by implementing best practices in line with industry standards.
- Manage modifications to existing accounts and policies efficiently.
- Inform clients about insurance policies that align with their needs and objectives.
- Identify and help close any gaps in customer insurance coverage.
- Open and close the office while ensuring a clean and organized environment.
- Act as an intermediary on behalf of the customer between the agency and various business partners.
- Assist clients with claims by directing them to the appropriate contacts and resources, ensuring their needs are met.
- Coordinate appointments with current or potential clients for agency personnel.

Qualifications
- No insurance license is required at the time of hire; it can be obtained once part of the team.
- Minimum of one year of demonstrated customer service experience.

- Basic mathematical skills are necessary.
