YOUR ROLE

As our Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in both administrative and strategic aspects. As part of this dynamic position, you will contribute to the development and implementation of procedures and policies. Your expertise will guide business operations, ensuring effective execution of HR functions. These functions encompass critical areas such as planning, administration, benefits, compensation, employee performance, succession planning, and development programs. You will support our Regional HR Organizational Development Manager and Regional HRBP for Sales and Project Logistics.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide expert advice and support to employees on HR-related matters
Assist managers by advising them on policies, procedures, and best practices
Collaborate with managers to ensure fair and competitive compensation practices
Support career development and succession planning initiatives
Provide guidance on handling disciplinary issues effectively
Ensure compliance with state and federal HR regulations and employment laws
Regularly review and update HR policies and procedures
Participate in or lead special HR projects
Deliver excellent customer service to both internal stakeholders and employees

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field
5+ years' relevant Generalist experience
Strong Excel knowledge, with Tableau experience being beneficial
Ability to build and establish constructive and cooperative working relationships and open lines of communication
You showcase a high level of attention to details, managerial skills in organizing, planning, assigning, and controlling, as well as decision-making skills
History of effectively presenting information to influence and persuade organizational leaders and key stakeholders, analyzing and synthesizing information/data to form options and recommendations
