Job Description: ProServe is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Executive to join our team. This contract position offers an excellent opportunity for experienced sales professionals who enjoy the flexibility of working independently and are driven by commission-based earnings. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales of our revenue cycle services, directly contributing to the growth and success of ProServe across Texas.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand ProServe's client base in the assigned territory. Conduct extensive lead research and management to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Build strong relationships with private practice physicians and other healthcare professionals. Present and demonstrate ProServe's revenue cycle services, highlighting the benefits and value to potential clients. Meet and exceed sales milestones to earn performance-based bonuses. Collaborate with the ProServe team to ensure smooth onboarding and satisfaction of new clients.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably within the healthcare or billing/revenue cycle industry. In-depth knowledge of private practice physician billing and revenue cycle management. Strong research and lead management skills, with the ability to work independently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a commission-based environment. Ability to travel within Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, Texas, as required.
