(Hybrid) Duration: FTE Job Description: 10-15 years of experience as Business Analyst/Functional Consultant. Strong professional experience in Financial Services industry with good proficiency in Investment Products. Extensive experience of working in Wealth Management, Private Banking and Insurance Advisory and know-how of investment requirements of various clients. Well versed with Financial Planning concepts, account types, risk-return measurements, portfolio analysis & monitoring. Acumen and understanding about wide array of Insurance/Retirement alternatives (annuities, life, disability policies etc.) along with with tax considerations is a must. Proficient in Front and Back Office operations of Wealth Management, Portfolio Management across multiple asset classes. Examples include trading, book keeping, accounting and valuation, distribution & commissions etc. Know-how about regulatory and investor reporting compliance requirements for US markets. Exposure to market leading Wealth Management platforms will be of significant advantage. Strong Analytical Skills & problem-solving skills. o Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills. o Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations. o Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills. Provide subject matter proficiency in specific functional area(s) to the assigned Scrum team. Should be proficient with BA role and responsibilities, like creating BRD, FRD writing, use cases, process flows and other deliverables. Should also have experience in managing E2E implementation (Agile/Waterfall) and working on Digital projects. Ability to multitask and meet established deadlines in a dynamic work environment by working independently or as part of a team. Demonstrating evaluation of current business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for streamlining and optimization will be a plus. Strong communication (written & verbal) and excellent stakeholder management skills.
