Confirmed box labels & Shipping methods for Affiliates POSITION DUTIES Affiliate Responsibilities ● Be the go-to person for all affiliate-related orders internally and externally. ● Understand what is going out and coming in & any status updates of all orders. ● Strive to track, understand, and close out all promotional products items being produced internationally (China). ● Organization of Printed products at all affiliates ● For clients that supply their own goods, CS will send them to affiliates. All blanks are Case-checked and staged by Affiliate. Box Count/pallet count and confirmation of qty sent in full are recorded in Stokkup receiving notes section. Clean Packing slips are put on boxes and sent to affiliates, Along with a digital Copy Emailed as an ASN. ● Notify the shipping department of production time frames and completion on packing orders and place in the designated area ● Working accordingly with management on supplies needed and upkeep supply inventory ● Conform to specific client packaging requirements and procedures ● Processing of distribution items through StokkUp for every order accordingly ● Eye for QC on product, packaging and any paperwork ● Ensures outgoing packages at affiliates are properly labeled, entered with correct shipping service and go out on time to hit the client's deadline. ● Inputs Shipping data in Fedex ship manager and UPS Worldship programs ● Correspond with clients on a timely manner and proactively notify clients on the completion schedule. ● Supply tracking info to clients. ● Scheduling of all outgoing shipments in conjunction with Account Managers, and Production. ● Preparation of all shipping documents. i.e Packing slips, carton labels, Bill of Lading. ● Support a safe working environment with an emphasis on good housekeeping techniques. ● Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all warehouse tools and machinery pertaining to the department. ● Maintain Client Shipping Records & Information to keep shop management soware and Shipping soware updated. ● Understand and have the ability to execute any type of freight movement including dedicated truck, LTL, sprinter van, etc. ● Manage CS Truck Drivers by keeping an eye out for new movements that can be handled by our fleet, maintaining orders on Shipday for our drivers. ● Ensure every movement is properly recorded on the shipping tracker with an emphasis on profit, data collection and visibility. ● Monitor the CS-Logistics channel for any incoming logistical movements that need to be processed.
