Join our team as Fraud Prevention Specialist and play a key role in ensuring business and operational security of the company, protecting it from fraud and deepening the trust of our business partners. By using advanced tools and technologies you will be evaluating threats, identifying new exploit methods, preparing strategies to minimize them, and implementing suitable prevention solutions. You're a perfect match for the role, if: You have at least 2-5 years of experience as a payment fraud analyst in e-commerce and fintech You can set priorities and deliver projects on time You have good oral and written communication skills required to inform supervisors and stakeholders about results You can manage parallel projects and programs effectively to complete assigned tasks You can analyze, evaluate, and interpret transaction information You are able to face challenges and verify assumptions effectively You have analytical skills You look for simple, optimal solutions You think creatively and present fresh ideas for making work more efficient You want to gain new knowledge and develop your skills You are fluent in oral and written English at least at the B2 level You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and SQL, including merging and analyzing large datasets You know Tableau or PowerBI Your responsibilities: Analyzing data to deepen the understanding of potential threats, problems, and consequences of decisions being made Identifying economic and financial trends in fraud to prevent risks for the company Gathering data from diverse sources to prepare detailed evaluations Creating reports, summaries, presentations, and processes Cooperating with other department members to prepare effective analyses and presentations of data Preparing systems and processes for gathering and storing data for future analytic projects Monitoring internal and external data influencing the risk level of decisions being made Identifying supervision deficiencies and presenting recommendations based on needs Conducting A/B testing aimed at optimizing risk metrics Verifying acquired data Why joining us is worth it: Hybrid and/or remote workplace model You will have a real impact on countering fraud to protect our company You receive all the necessary work resources, such as a laptop and/or a phone We provide ergonomic and electronic equipment for your home office We encourage the development of skills and competences with internal and external training We value DEI – Diversity, Equity & Inclusion We support grassroots initiatives and take part in charity events We offer valuable benefits, such as: the welcome pack, vouchers for the Motivizer platform, the MultiSport card, an opportunity to take part in internal and external training and industry events, discount codes to use on the G2A.COM sales platform I’m happy to answer all your questions about recruiting at G2A.
