POSITION OVERVIEW
A Regulatory Compliance Specialist is tasked with identifying, investigating, and mitigating compliance-related challenges within an organization.

This position requires the analysis of data to uncover fraudulent activities, the implementation of preventive measures against fraud, and collaboration with various departments to reduce risk.

Regulatory Compliance Specialists are essential in protecting the organization's resources and upholding the confidence of clients and stakeholders.


While a qualified candidate may not fulfill every requirement listed in the Essential Functions section below, they should possess a strong foundation in compliance practices.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities Include:

1. Collect and evaluate potential partner information, including online presence and background checks.
2. Investigate and assess potential compliance violations, including customer interaction recordings and sales transaction data.
3. Collaborate closely with departments such as finance, legal, and customer support to resolve fraud-related issues.
4. Identify, research, and assist accounts across various business sectors.
5. Monitor regional sales data for quality metrics and controls.
6. Conduct quality reviews and document findings.
7. Research, organize, and address commission disputes for partner programs.
8. Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of compliance activities.
9. Engage with partners in various business aspects.
10. Provide proven administrative support experience.
11. Perform additional duties as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Experience

Demonstrated analytical skills.
Exceptional communication abilities.
Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.

Technical Skills

Proficient in a Microsoft Windows environment.
Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and format spreadsheets, utilize the formula bar, and perform calculations.

Familiarity with Outlook for managing emails and calendar functions.
Basic understanding of Salesforce and Tableau navigation.



Other Qualifications

The primary language for this position is English.
Proficiency in any additional language is advantageous.
