Overview
The Revenue Management Analyst focuses on analyzing budgets along with performance media to find ways to use resources more efficiently to maximize profitability. This position will be primarily responsible for in-depth financial analysis of promotions and media spend, developing dynamic dashboards to track performance, and making ongoing recommendations for short- and long-term gains to sales/share along with profits. This position will provide primary support for the Amazon sales lead and extended team, with occasional support to Amazon global teams.
Key interfaces will be with Amazon Sales Team, Finance, A/R, and Amazon Vendor Team
Responsibilities
Conduct in depth financial analysis on promotional activity along with multi-channel media spend to make recommendations on optimizing spend and sku profitability
Manage ongoing budgets and spend activity through dynamic sales/profit dashboards to make ongoing/live optimizations to offers/media/promo plans.
Utilizes BISSELL and Competitive sales data to produce dashboards and predictive modeling techniques to develop future promotional strategies.
Match revenue to expenses to determine profitability by product line, including managing spend deductions and customer charges
Assist in coordinating and managing departments annual budget process.
Stay current with analytical best practices specific to the customer as well as industry-wide.
Assist with BISSELL and customer presentations.
Foster key relationships with key internal and external partners that provide resources and business tools.
Assist in growing the Amazon International business by providing growth recommendations and uncovering trends using our global sales/share tools.
May be required to perform other duties as assigned.

Required Experience / Education:
Degree minimum: Bachelor (Finance/Accounting)
At least 3+ years of experience in a financial/accounting and/or quantitative/analytical role

Working knowledge of economic/financial concepts (e.g. price elasticity, ROI, gross profit).
Strong problem solving and communication skills.
Ability to react quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
Works well within a team and drives process, tactical, and strategic improvements
Aptitude and interest to learn about machine learning and advanced analytic tools
