We are seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our Broomfield office team. The Administrative Assistant will support our staff with clerical duties, including answering phones, incoming mail process, scanning, making copies, organizing files, and maintaining Excel spreadsheets. The Administrative Assistant will also input information into our database to ensure our electronic files are updated. The successful applicant must be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and exhibit professionalism with clients and coworkers. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver who has excellent communication skills and impeccable attention to detail. This individual must be willing to be a team player but can also work independently with limited direction. An ability to multitask, take initiative, and meet changing deadlines is essential to the position. Previous experience working in an office environment and performing administrative and clerical tasks is a plus.

salary: $19 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities
