Position: Business Systems Analyst Intern

As a Business Systems Analyst intern youll support our partner program in launching a new portal for partners to be able to transact with Zscaler and access partner related digital assets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, interact closely with key stakeholders, and leverage your experience to design, configure, and implement solutions tailored to Zscalers unique needs.
Possible Projects/Responsibilities:
- Business Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with key stakeholders from Engineering, Product Management, Customer Support, Sales Engineers, and Order Operations to gather and analyze business requirements related to Cloud provisioning of Zscaler products
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team, translating business requirements into technical solutions and ensuring alignment.
- Process Design: Support the process design, requirements elicitation and gathering of identity-based systems in the area of identity and access management, directory services, workflow, security, provisioning and compliance. Build process flows and documentation for identity management processes
- Collaboration: Engage with business partners to discuss business requirements, determine feasibility, business value and a cost effective and scalable solution.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Rising Junior or Senior working towards aBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field in progress
- Working knowledge of process flows & documentation
- Familiarity with pre-sales processes, quoting, order management and provisioning.
- Ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively business stakeholders
- Knowledge of business systems (i.e. SuccessFactors, Okta, Asana, LucidCharts)
- Experience working with integrations to support identity management and access management processes.

Zscalers salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.
