Oversee daily operations of the 3rd shift & 24/5 distribution center to ensure efficient and effective workflow which includes 5 direct reports and 48 indirect reports consisting of 10,000 SKUs supporting our company owned stores as well as direct to customer shipments and e-commerce sales fulfillment. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiencies, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. Manage and mentor a team of supervisors and staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports on operational performance. Collaborate with other departments, including sales, customer service, and procurement, to streamline processes and support overall business objectives. Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the distribution center with support from the VP of Supply Chain. Lead initiatives related to warehouse technology and automation to enhance productivity. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in distribution center or warehouse management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of logistics, inventory management, and distribution processes. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
