Position: Client Services Specialist Location: Lexington, South Carolina Job Type: Part-time (12pm-6pm Monday-Friday) Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and personable Client Services Specialist to be a welcoming face and compassionate support person for our clients and staff. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients' progress and success through their entire therapy journey as well as gain knowledge in the ABA field. This is a great steppingstone on the path to learning, growing, and excelling within Meaningful Milestones and to promote to further roles. Key Responsibilities: Phone and Visitor Management:Answer and transfer phone calls, as necessary.Welcome and direct visitors and clients.Administrative Tasks:Retrieve information from records, emails, and minutes. Prepare written summaries when needed.Respond to and resolve administrative inquiries and questions.Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail.Support and Coordination:Assist the team with organization and effective communication.Maintain office supplies and coordinate equipment maintenance.Coordinate with vendors as requested by the administrative team.Campus Operations:Perform campus inspections and report findings to responsible managers.Manage supplies inventory by checking stock and placing orders.Receive and distribute office mail.Proofread and type documents and correspondence produced by the department.Event Coordination and Building Management:Coordinate unique events for the campus (e.g., Touch-a-Truck, Storytelling, police visits, dentist visits).General cleaning, organizing, and stocking of rooms and the overall building.Manage the HRE (Happy Relaxed Engaged) calendar.Timely assist with buddy support requests throughout shifts.Provide staff childcare coverage when needed during holidays and school breaks.Other Duties:Perform any other related tasks as assigned.Qualifications: A passion for helping others and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Displays resourcefulness and adapts well to working alone at timesAble to lift and carry objects weighing up to 15 poundsExperience in a client-facing role, preferably in healthcare or therapy settings.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems quickly.Knowledge of ABA therapy and support is a plus.Associates degree or equivalent education is preferredActively served in administrative capacities for three to five yearsRecent TB test with results from the past yearWhat We Offer: $13/hourA supportive and collaborative work environment.Opportunities for professional development and career growth.Benefits package to include 401k for both part time and full-time staff, Supplemental Insurance with Guardian (vision, dental, life insurance, accident, cancer policies available)Paid time off beginning your first day; additional 8 paid holidays during the yearThe chance to make a real difference in the lives of children and families.If you are enthusiastic about making a positive impact and have the skills we are looking for, we would love to hear from you Our interview and selection process commences immediately upon receiving your application.
