This position is fully remote Must be comfortable working during PST business hours.

Position Overview for the Marketing Automation Manager:
  • Manages marketing automation initiatives, serving as the primary user and administrator of Adobe Campaign.
  • Develops and enhances digital marketing initiatives
  • Supervises multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, SMS, direct mail)
  • Collaborates closely with stakeholders to bolster the infrastructure and architecture of Adobe Campaign.

Required Skills for the Marketing Automation Manager:
  • Experience w/ Adobe Campaign
  • Experience w/ A/B testing (including subject lines, CTAs, messaging, etc.)
  • Experience w/ relational databases, data structures, creating data schema and SQL
  • Prior work experience in the healthcare or financial services industry is a plus
