Key Responsibilities:

  • Proposal Development: Lead the creation of competitive proposals, qualification packages, and presentation materials.

  • Pre-Interview Coordination: Work alongside design teams on pre-interview planning and presentation rehearsals, assisting in the development of win strategies and themes.
  • Marketing Material Creation: Develop and maintain marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, project sheets, and resumes.
  • Database Oversight: Manage CRM and SharePoint databases effectively.
  • Opportunity Identification: Monitor targeted procurement sites to identify and track new opportunities.
  • Event Management: Organize and support conferences, sponsorships, and key client events.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of graphic standards to uphold a cohesive brand identity.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the A/E/C industry, particularly with large-scale prime proposals.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing or English.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude, capable of managing multiple deadlines under pressure.
  • Involvement with local A/E/C organizations is advantageous.
  • Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams is preferred.
