We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to enhance our dynamic Marketing team. Key Responsibilities:
- Proposal Management: Oversee the creation of competitive proposals, qualification documents, and presentation materials.
- Client-Centric Strategies: Work closely with leadership to devise client-focused strategies for proposals and qualifications that effectively capture opportunities.
- Pre-Presentation Coordination: Collaborate with design teams on pre-presentation planning and rehearsals. Assist in formulating and executing win strategies, themes, and differentiators in presentation content.
- Marketing Material Development: Create and maintain marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, project summaries, and resumes.
- Database Oversight: Manage CRM and SharePoint databases to ensure accurate information flow.
- Opportunity Identification: Monitor key procurement sites to identify and track new business opportunities.
- Event Coordination: Organize and support conferences, sponsorships, and significant client events.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of graphic standards to uphold a cohesive brand identity.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the A/E/C industry, particularly with large-scale proposals.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Engagement with local A/E/C organizations is advantageous.
- Experience in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Compensation: The base salary range for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience. Benefits are provided in addition to the base salary.
