Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm

Location: Ephrata, PA (onsite)

What You'll Get to Do:

  • Close with Confidence: Be key to our month-end and year-end financial close activities. You'll ensure our accounting records are accurate, timely, and well-documented.
  • Banking Aficionado: Take charge of daily banking activities, including approving wires/ACH transactions, issuing stop payments and reconciling bank statements.
  • Freight Margin Maestro: Reconcile and analyze freight margins for our Logistics company, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Asset Administration: Maintain our fixed asset records, ensuring everything is accounted for and up to date.
  • Cost and Inventory Validator: Validate the cost of goods sold and inventory value, ensuring precision and accuracy in our financial reporting.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • A bachelor's degree in accounting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with GAAP and financial reporting standards.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Weekly and monthly analysis reporting using Prohix financial reporting software
  • Participation in the annual budgeting process and annual audit.

Who We Are

We partner with local growers to bring fresh organic and conventional produce to our Lancaster County, PA facility. We grade and package fruits and vegetables, sending only the best with our Drivers to deliver to independent retailers, natural food stores, and food co-ops.
