As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for promoting the growth and development of our beverage products by building strong relationships with customers, executing promotional activities, and ensuring that accounts are merchandised in accordance with our company standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Interact and build rapport with decision-makers in each customer location to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Order Management: Place orders of product to be delivered, maintaining inventory levels for consumer purchase and ensuring that customer beverage sections, displays, coolers, and all points of availability are properly stocked, maintained, and rotated.
  • Sales and Marketing: Sell new and promotional items and make plans for floor and cooler space with store decision-makers, working with retail managers at customer locations to promote the most sales revenue.
  • Account Management: Maintain back room/back stock areas in a safely accessible stack formation within the assigned storage area and sell yearly Customer Marketing Agreements (CMAs), ensuring agreements are followed throughout the year.
  • Collaboration: Interact with Delivery Merchandisers to ensure that accounts are restocked and displays built in alignment with company standards and agreement with store decision-makers.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and arrange for pickup/credit of product unfit for sale, insuring that expired or damaged product is not sold to consumers.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma (or GED) required or equivalent degree/certificate required.
  • Technical Skills: Must be able to operate CONA, Excel, Outlook, and a PDF reader on an iPhone and iPad devices.
  • Age and Driving Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license, with a driving record that meets Swire's vehicle policy requirements.
  • Reliability and Availability: Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business and lift up to 50 pounds.
