Shift Information 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, with flexibility

Essential Functions Work closely with the operational management teams to gain a good understanding of the business Guide the finance accounting team and to headquarters Track, analyze, and report financial performance within the areas of responsibility and communicate this with operational management and drive the business towards its targets Secure high-quality financial reporting both in actual and forecasting reporting processes Secure financial information transparency towards business units Drive the investment management process within the plant project and contribute to process improvement Drive the operating cost process in the plant project and contribute to process improvements Provide guidelines, financial information, and training to non-finance parts of the organization Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions Build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives Consistently achieve results, even under tough circumstances Seek new ways to grow and be challenged using both formal and informal development channels Gain the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity, and authenticity Perform other tasks as required
