Qualifications We Seek
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred completion of professional training equivalent to 2 years of college
  • Demonstrated experience in inventory oversight, cycle counting, and control systems
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and invoicing
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Capability to lift heavy items
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, crouching, and standing for extended periods
Key Responsibilities of the Warehouse Inventory Supervisor
  • Analyze daily inventory reports and transactions
  • Supervise cycle counts and investigate any discrepancies
  • Address and resolve inconsistencies between inventory management systems
  • Investigate customer chargebacks and ensure adherence to customer requirements
  • Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams on inventory-related matters
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned
