Client Services Analyst

is responsible for specialized technical work on network-based computer software and hardware systems. The ideal candidate has great customer service and communication skills, IT knowledge of Windows environments, and networking concepts. Essential Functions: Provide Junior Level Service Desk troubleshooting support for incidents and service requests. Manage work orders through the IT Service Desk ticketing system. Maintain communication with customers and IT teams. Document incidents accurately and thoroughly. Proactively monitor infrastructure to resolve incidents. Requisition computer stock, configure, install, and data transfer hardware and software. Provide repairs of computer hardware and resolve complex issues. Support and troubleshoot desktop and enterprise application software. Assist in troubleshooting LAN/WAN performance and outage issues. Provide network cable patching and remote hands support. Ensure network closets and data centers are maintained. Coordinate data destruction of removable media. Perform user profile migrations and workstation configuration maintenance. Maintain hardware inventory and support call logs. Utilize approved vendor utilities for analysis, diagnostics & asset tracking. Provide support for Telecommunications and mobile devices. Produce weekly reports on work order metrics. Able to work on-site at the Lynnwood, WA location. Any other task assigned by supervisor or management. Minimum Qualifications: Experience : 1-5 years relevant experience. Knowledge : Advanced technical knowledge of computer equipment, data network systems, software installation, Microsoft operating systems, and more. Skills/Abilities : Strong customer service skills, troubleshooting abilities, and teamwork skills. Education/Certification : Associate degree in Computer Science or 2+ years of relevant experience. Employment Eligibility Requirement : US persons only due to access to controlled data. Working Conditions: Standard office environment. Work may require safety equipment in a manufacturing environment. Exposure to environmental conditions like loud noises or confined spaces. Physical requirements include standing, sitting, lifting, and pushing. Mental/Visual: use of computer. Workspace: cubicle/desk. Top Benefits: Pay range: $28.90 - $35.62.
