Position Summary

This full-time role involves reaching out to existing and prospective clients to promote and sell pull tab products. The position demands a commitment to maintaining high productivity levels, ensuring quality service, and delivering outstanding customer experiences while adhering to company policies and procedures. Additionally, the role includes identifying and proposing enhancements to optimize current processes and improve efficiency. The compensation for this position ranges from $23 to $29 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, providing assistance with orders and resolving issues.
  • Accurately input all orders and pertinent information into internal systems.
  • Foster and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales and achieve monthly objectives.
  • Conduct follow-ups with clients through various communication channels.
  • Identify and pursue new customer opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with external sales representatives regarding customer accounts.
  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of the product line to identify opportunities for selling older inventory.
  • Ensure timely distribution of marketing materials to customers.
  • Generate inventory reports and communicate updates to clients weekly.

Qualifications

  • Two to three years of relevant experience or training, or a combination of education and experience.
  • An associate degree is preferred.
  • Experience in phone sales is advantageous.
