Role Overview:
The Cybersecurity Operations Analyst plays a crucial role in safeguarding the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of both our data and that of our clients. This position is integral to our Cybersecurity Team, which is dedicated to delivering top-tier services by analyzing threats and potential risks, employing a risk-based methodology that reflects a profound understanding of our infrastructure and the implications of cyber incidents.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Enhance and sustain our security operations tools and methodologies.
2. Foster security awareness throughout the organization.
3. Assist in the implementation of measures to protect data confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
4. Support, maintain, and troubleshoot network security across all global branches.
5. Respond to security incidents on a worldwide scale.
6. Identify, remediate, and mitigate security vulnerabilities.
7. Conduct risk assessments utilizing threat modeling techniques.
8. Research, evaluate, and recommend systems and procedures for data and system protection.
9. Monitor and assess systems for unauthorized access.
10. Oversee the design and deployment of security infrastructure and applications.
11. Train team members and promote security awareness within the organization.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Proficient in EDR tools and solutions.
- Familiarity with SIEM and security monitoring technologies.
- Strong understanding of information technology principles.
- Passionate about cybersecurity.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical capabilities.
- Experience with Firewalls, Proxy, and VPN devices.
- Background in investigating cybersecurity incidents.
- Up-to-date with current information technology security trends.
- Experience in network, application, and system penetration testing.
- Willingness to participate in after-hours work, including on-call duties.
- Experience with security automation solutions.
- A minimum of 5 years in a Cybersecurity Analyst or Security Operations Center role.

Desired Qualifications:
- Broad knowledge of operating systems, network security, software security, and encryption technologies.
- Working knowledge of industry-standard technologies such as IDS/IPS, VPN, DNS, DHCP, WAF, IPv4, IPSEC, RADIUS, and TACACS.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity standards and practices, including access control and incident handling.
- Ability to devise solutions for complex business challenges related to cybersecurity.
- Capability to create and enhance cybersecurity processes.
- Proficient in translating complex technical information for non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of scripting languages for task automation.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or CCNA.
- Experience in application or system penetration testing.
