Whether it is helping with prescription refills, decoding lab results, documenting sensitive patient data and being that smiling face, our mission, "to care is an honor" is the foundation to providing a best-in-class patient experience.To be a successful Patient Care Coordinator, previous healthcare experience and a background in handling inbound and making outbound calls will be great Comfortable using software applications for data entry and client information look-up, such as, but not limited to EMR/EHR & CRM systems.
