Client Implementation Manager

Info-Matrix Corporation is currently seeking a Client Implementation Manager to join our team. The role will require initial training and periodic travel to team meetings in Kansas City, MO. This role will also require the selected applicant to attend project meetings, when possible. Travel expectation is approximately 30%.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The selected applicant will ssist in the deployment of our new services, working hand in hand with the program and technical counterparts in government agencies. As clients launch and move into steady state, the role also serves works closely with technical resources, client success managers, and client services team members to ensure smooth onboarding and operations for clients.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Lead implementation of SaaS solutions with government agency teams.
  • Own client implementation effort by providing project management, gathering of business rules, implementation activities using payment platform tools, and working with other teams when appropriate.
  • Develop and configure prototypes using payment platform tools based on clients' business needs. Build and iterate to continually incorporate feedback from clients.
  • Communicate and manage any requirements needing engineering or product teams input, following the relevant processes and coordinating timelines with all stakeholders.
  • Manage test plan creation, internal testing coordination with QA resources, and external testing events to ensure compliance with known agency requirements. Ensure a complete log of known issues or bugs is kept and validate fixes as they are deployed.
  • Work cross functionally to ensure delivery of service configuration meets both client and product specifications.
  • Support clients in maintaining good platform hygiene (customer friendly workflows, naming conventions, data set organization, etc.). Proactively identify potential configuration issues or user experience issues.
  • Serve as the primary connection point for steady state hand off to Client Success, Client Operations, and Customer Support.
  • Support the development of training materials for various departments on agency business rules, user experience in the application, and unique client FAQs.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholder expectations in regard to project delivery timeline and upcoming project milestones.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • 3+ years of professional experience working for a software based organization. Handson experience in supporting or implementing applications using web based technologies and/or working in a client facing Business or Solution Analyst capacity.

  • proactive, logical, and collaborative approach to solving complex problems.
  • Resiliency and the ability to handle multiple tasks and thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Flexibility to adapt and effect change to approaches & processes is critical.
  • Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to influence clients while managing evolving SaaS requirements.
  • Experience with the full project management lifecycle, specifically to articulate expected roadmaps and deliverables in a client facing capacity.
  • Experience with Project Management and Collaboration Tools (i.e., Confluence, Teams, Slack, Jira, etc.) Diagram and Visualization Solutions (i.e. Draw.IO, LucidChart, etc.), and Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30 percent of the time during normal travel conditions; travel varies based on project assignment requirements and client's aptitude to engage onsite.
