Job Title: Operations Specialist Client Services


What you will bring:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the Deposit Operations function. This position involves coordinating work within the unit or department, collaborating with other departments, and reporting relevant information to the immediate supervisor. If you are someone who enjoys resolving queries, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining efficient banking operations, we want to hear from you

Requirements:

Essential Duties:

  • Serve as a liaison and advocate to clients by capturing, routing, and communicating satisfactory resolution of issues, requests, and opportunities.
  • Partner with Relationship Managers to deliver a positive client experience and strong retention.
  • Coordinate with Operations to provide timely and accurate resolution to client requests
  • Develop a working understanding of ACBB services, how they are utilized by clients and the issues and errors that arise, including how to remediate.
  • Manage customer service issue capture (cases), reporting and coordinate resolution.
  • Provide a high level of client support to clients, partners, and internal staff.
  • Understand and abide by the Bank’s various client service operational procedures.
  • Establish and maintain rapport with client contacts through proactive communication.
  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) to document interaction with clients and create cases for issue routing and resolution.
  • Identify trends and potential risks for services and partners and escalate as appropriate.
  • Support the Client Services Manager on other duties and special projects as assigned.


Non-Essential Duties:

  • Participates in meetings to discuss issues and identify improvements to processes.
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities of this position in support of and in compliance with the Bank’s objectives, policies, and procedures including BSA, AML, OFAC and Cybersecurity.


Basic Qualifications/Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, B.S. or B.A. degree in a related field of study preferred
  • A minimum of one (2) years experience in bank operations, client care/customer service, or related positions.
  • Moderate typing and computer skills
  • Visual and Auditory skills
  • Strong reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills.
  • Proficiency in PC usage, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), and the Internet
  • Technical competency with CRM, CORE, Account Analysis, and client portal systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to change
  • Willingness to learn automated systems and banking processes
  • Outstanding multitasking and time-management skills
