The position of Implementation Specialist is a leadership opportunity that offers exposure to multiple clinical settings, the chance to develop new programs based on client needs and to teach new scribes documentation proficiency and efficiency. Candidates should demonstrate strong leadership, management, and organizational skills. We are also looking for an exhibited proficiency in scribing and an understanding of customer service, company loyalty, and the ability to continue scribe development. The Implementation Specialist will report to the Implementation Director and will work closely with the Implementation team to develop new scribe programs. It is a position that requires an enthusiasm for learning new material and training. It requires responsibility, commitment, attention to detail, collaboration, and protection of private medical conversations. The goal is to develop new client sites so that they experience the same level of ongoing success as existing client sites.  Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the Implementation Director and Senior Director. 

 

Basic Requirements:  

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree (in the process of earning or have already received)  
  • Demonstrated capacity for leadership and administration/management 
  • Proficiency in your site's specialty, with a sufficient level of competency in Epic utilization 
  • Willingness to complete the necessary training and associated competency testing 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 
  • Commitment of up to 5-10 additional hours per week, in addition to scribing hours, for administrative tasks 
  • Work with leadership to create a transition plan for moving time from home site as applicable 
  • Experience training new staff preferred 
  • 6+ months of scribing experience preferred
