To address staffing needs and bridge skills gaps in the OCM/CLS Back Office License CRM Projects, we seek an HBITS consultant. The consultant's responsibilities will include application development to create a new License Back Office CRM system. They will also contribute to solution design, create functional and technical documents, and manage applications using Java, SOA, and Microsoft .NET technology in support of OCM/CLS.

Additionally, the consultant will analyze, design, and configure system changes to incorporate portal functionality, collaborating closely with architects and developers to support various back-office and SOA Oracle integration points.

Provide Solution design, create functional and technical documents. Develop, implement, manage and maintain applications using Java, SOA, Microsoft .NET technology in support of OCM/CLS.
