Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated Guest Care Specialist to join our team. As a Guest Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our guests, and driving sales of automotive repair services and tires.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide a superior guest experience, answering customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales and Service: Meet or exceed sales targets by presenting and selling automotive repair services and tires to our guests.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with our team to achieve business objectives, including contributing to the growth of the business through strong sales presentations and product knowledge.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Administrative: Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
