Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated Guest Care Specialist to join our team. As a Guest Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our guests, and driving sales of automotive repair services and tires.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide a superior guest experience, answering customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales and Service: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our products and services, including automotive repair services and tire solutions.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals, while maintaining a positive and supportive team environment.
- Store Operations: Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, inventory management, and facility maintenance.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
