Job Description: The Senior Program Manager plays a critical role in guiding the strategic development and execution of specialized cloud solutions. This position demands a leader adept at navigating complex technical landscapes, fostering team collaboration, and delivering exceptional results to meet the unique needs of our clients as well as internal projects. Key Responsibilities: Champion the development and management of comprehensive project plans, encompassing everything from initial conception to successful launch across various platforms. Spearhead automation initiatives, developing robust metrics and dashboards to monitor and enhance feature delivery and performance. Maintain proactive communication with all stakeholders, ensuring timely updates and transparency throughout the project lifecycle. Lead and inspire a team of dedicated engineers, promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. Forge strong relationships with partner teams and customers, advocating for user-centric solutions and strategic collaborations. Drive the resolution of customer feedback, prioritizing actions to enhance service quality and satisfaction. Identify and prioritize customer requirements, authoring specifications, and plans for feature delivery. Present data-driven improvement options and proposals for changes to leadership and customers. Develop and manage automation, dashboards, and metrics to track and enhance feature performance. Ensure cross-team dependencies are managed, guaranteeing timely and scope-compliant feature launches across platforms. Track deliverables from conception through launch using established processes and tools. Provide comprehensive written and verbal updates to leadership and customers. Address customer feedback efficiently, prioritizing and triaging as necessary. Uphold and promote the company's culture and values within the team and in all external interactions. Qualifications: Required Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in technical solutioning and managing software system development in the federal government. Proficiency in managing projects across various SDLC models, including CMMI, SAFe, and Agile methodologies. Demonstrated experience with cloud-enabled solutions and "As a Service" offerings. Proven track record of managing contracts exceeding $5 million and acting as a Client Relationship Manager. Leadership experience with project teams of over 20+ FTEs and subcontractors. Comprehensive understanding of the proposal lifecycle. Capability to design, modify, develop, and implement software programming applications, particularly for geospatial systems. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Additional Skills (Preferred): Familiarity with CIS, NIST standards, and managing government-specific IT environments.
