Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Water Resources Civil Engineer for their Allentown/Center Valley office to execute technical work assignments on water resources jobs, primarily focusing on potable water and wastewater for municipalities, within Land Development/Municipal engineering projects. This role involves working individually or as part of a project team under the direction of a professional engineer.
Requirements:
+ Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
+ EIT/PE or close
+ Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D
+ 2+ years in civil engineering areas such as planning, investigations, reporting, water resource conveyance, storage, and treatment design
+ Ability to assist with preparing Federal and State regulatory permit applications and plans
+ Skill in preparing bid plans and specifications
+ Proficiency in composing letters, memoranda, reports, applications, and studies
+ Capability to perform site investigations, construction observation, and field reconnaissance
+ Adeptness in reviewing private development plans for compliance with applicable authority water and sewer standards
+ Ability to assist Project Manager to establish new and maintain existing relationships with clients, subcontractors, etc.
Work Site:
This is a fully on-site position in Center Valley, Pennsylvania.
