Ability to assist with preparing Federal and State regulatory permit applications and plans. Skill in preparing bid plans and specifications. Proficiency in composing letters, memoranda, reports, applications, and studies. Capability to perform site investigations, construction observation, and field reconnaissance. Adeptness in reviewing private development plans for compliance with applicable authority water and sewer standards.
