You’ll partner with the regional sales and operations team in the development, analysis, and implementation of regional pricing strategies. What you'll do: Work with local market teams to develop and maintain a strong understanding of market factors contributing to market pricing performance Conduct periodic business reviews with district/regional teams Develop project plans, conduct necessary research, and lead the analysis of operating, customer, and financial data Partner with district/regional teams to develop a pricing strategy in support of the go-to-market strategy Utilize pricing optimization engine (Zilliant) to develop and issue pricing guidance Develop, interpret, and distribute in-market reporting highlighting rate acceptance and price compliance Collaboratively work with other members of the pricing team to establish and maintain standardized reporting Interpret reporting and highlight specific areas of opportunity Distribute insights to local market teams Evaluate local contractual pricing agreements and provide analysis and insight to local market teams Assist local sales teams in the creation of contractual pricing proposals Perform customer analysis to identify opportunities for increased customer profitability Deliver final recommendations to market teams and facilitate the execution of final customer agreements Other duties as assigned Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business; MBA preferred Minimum 4-6 years of finance and pricing analytics experience Strong analytical and organizational skills High sense of urgency Excellent presentation and written/verbal communication skills Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access, and Tableau Visualization Software Strong customer service, interpersonal, and problem resolution skills
