*What We're Looking For*

* 1+ years of call center experience

Strong understanding of customer service fundamentals

Some experience with insurance desirable but not necessary

Ability to handle multiple priorities within strict time constraints.

Ability to collaborate easily with coworkers and customers

Possesses the ability to work independently and in a team environment to complete assignments in a timely manner

Excellent data entry skills.

Familiarity with MS Office systems

Ability to work any shift between the hours of 8am and 6pm EST M-F based on business need

*What's the Day-To-Day?*

*  Maintain excellent customer service to all internal/external business partners

* Maintain high levels of professionalism

Demonstrate ownership and timeliness in handling inquiries and policy change requests

Responsible for the issuance of personal insurance new business endorsements and renewal policies

Maintain basic knowledge of PC Property and Casualty principals and company products

* Ability to multitask and navigate company software to effectively resolve customer issues

* *Keep up with daily pace and maintain productivity*

*Hours and Days*

*This position will be on-site for training, followed by a 3 days in-office, 2 days at home hybrid schedule. Successful candidates must be able to work any shift between 8am-6pm Monday to Friday (EST).*
