Administrator - Engineering and Human Resources

Main responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned, per business needs):
- Safety: exhibit safe work habits when working in manufacturing or rail operating environments, following training.
- Document Control Management: ensure accurate and timely management of change notifications for controlled documents among all functional groups.
- System-of-Record Master User: Maintain key data sets within SAP, including master data for all manufactured components.
- Reporting and Distribution: Create, maintain, and publish reports, related to the status of project and process changes for internal distribution. Distribute customer-required documentation, including engineering drawings.
- Quality: Maintain accurate records of material deviations for purchased and manufactured components.
- HR Systems: administer key HR systems for site employees, including benefits and recruitment portals.
- Continuous Improvement: Assist in implementation of new processes and technology related to administration. Participate in lean improvement activities as assigned (5S Blitz, Kaizen, etc).
