Position Description:
E-J is seeking a motivated and skilled student to join our Finance/Accounting team as a Financial Analyst. The individual will play a pivotal role in managing and analyzing the increasing volume and complexity of our financial data, driving strategic planning, and enhancing decision support across the company. This role is essential as we continue to experience significant growth ($850M) and strive for increased efficiency and accuracy in our financial operations.

Requirements:
1. Education:
  • Must be currently enrolled in an MBA program or a candidate for an MBA degree.
2. Experience:
  • Big 4 Auditing background considered favorably.
3. Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Office), and financial modeling software.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data.
