Operational advantages are enhanced by allowing leaders the ability to manage their business, while offering a single point of contact for all FCM operational functions.

eaders are also eligible to receive dedicated underwriting and closing staff with adequate volume. Our model allows leaders the ability to build their business while leveraging the expertise and experience of FCM’s multibillion dollar infrastructure and resources. and AK Preferred Skills/Experience Two or more years of mortgage loan origination experience Proven sales ability to build a

pipeline Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent relationship building and customer service

skills Ability to manage and maintain a successful

business Prior success in sales prospecting and generating

referrals Organizational skills with file management High initiative and self-motivation Desire to work with autonomy, while having control of your branch Voted Top
