Seasoned Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Healthcare VP of Finance CPA for a remote opportunity. As the VP of Finance, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations of healthcare organizations and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations and best practices. Your expertise in healthcare finance and strong leadership skills will be instrumental in driving financial success and supporting the overall strategic goals of our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and strategic guidance in the development and implementation of financial goals and objectives for healthcare organizations.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Manage and evaluate financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize revenue and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, healthcare regulations, and reporting requirements.
  • Lead the preparation and analysis of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial service providers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and changes in accounting standards and regulations.
  • Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Support mergers, acquisitions, and other business development initiatives, conducting financial due diligence and integration activities.
  • Participate in executive-level meetings, presenting financial performance and recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • CPA certification is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare finance, reimbursement methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights.
  • In-depth understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
  • Proven track record in driving financial performance and implementing process improvements.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in financial management systems and tools.
  • Ability to work remotely and independently, demonstrating self-motivation and strong time management skills.
  • High ethical standards and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
