What You Will Do

As the Global Brand Specialist at Panduit, you'll safeguard the integrity of our brand by developing and maintaining brand guidelines, templates, and policies. You'll lead internal brand programs such as the Brand Ambassador initiative and provide ongoing brand training. Collaborating with Global Marketing, you'll ensure consistent brand representation across all communications. Additionally, you'll cultivate strong relationships with internal teams, agencies, and suppliers to enhance creativity and effectiveness.

  • Brand Governance and Execution:
    • Maintain brand guidelines for consistent brand usage.
    • Develop and manage global programs like the Brand Ambassador initiative.
    • Ensure brand compliance across all marketing collateral.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold brand standards.
    • Manage the brand governance SharePoint site.
  • PR and Digital Brand Marketing:
    • Support corporate press release development and distribution.
    • Manage corporate pages on Panduit.com and coordinate with regional teams for multilingual support.
    • Act as the brand liaison with the Digital Enablement team.
  • Research and Analytics:
    • Utilize SharePoint and Adobe analytics to enhance brand governance and website performance.
What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of brand or marketing experience.
  • Proficiency in crafting compelling content assets and website/press release copy.
  • Portfolio showcasing writing, graphics, or video work.
  • Familiarity with B2B brand marketing best practices and market research.
  • Passion for brand and marketing.
  • Strong PowerPoint design and layout skills.
  • Ability to leverage digital data and analytics for informed decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding organization, time-management, and project management abilities.
Preferred:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, communications, business, or related field.
  • Experience in presentations and B2B brand/marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint or similar content repository platforms.
  • Experience managing brand programs like Brand Ambassador initiatives.
  • Adobe proficiency, including website analytics, Photoshop, and AfterEffects.
