Job Responsibilities:
Promptly respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and social media
Assist customers with placing orders, editing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving order issues
Work with the Operations Department to streamline a carrier claims process
Become a product knowledge expert to provide support and recommendations to customers
Collaborate with other departments to ensure order accuracy and timely order fulfillment
Continuously identify operational challenges and provide solutions to improve department processes and procedures
Handle challenging situations in a timely, calm, and professional manner in a way that will enhance the customer experience
Moderate product reviews and proactively work to scale reviews
Support with Amazon Seller Central inventory management and customer service
Consistently provide customer feedback and track product trends to help with product development and improve the customer experience
Use CRM to monitor purchase order flow and order support tickets
Assist Sales and Marketing Departments with projects and tasks as needed
Build and maintain positive relationships with our industry partners and customers
Support with inventory management
Regular Business hours are in office M-F but some overtime and weekends may be required
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Proficient in computer software systems including MS Office and MS Excel
Ability to analyze and interpret sales metrics to accurately perform data entry
Talent for multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks effectively
Strong written and verbal communication skills

2+ years of experience in a position engaging directly with customer needs and behavior
