Key Responsibilities:
- Handle basic member requests received via incoming calls.
- Provide detailed information regarding credit union products, services, account details, and loan inquiries.
- Conduct account research, process account transfers, and manage wire transfer and Western Union requests, forwarding them to the appropriate personnel for completion.
- Manage check orders and perform necessary account file maintenance.
- Promote credit union products and services, actively seeking opportunities to enhance household engagement with our offerings.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
One to two years of experience in a customer service or financial institution setting is preferred.
Salary Range: $18.82 - $28.23
