Job Description:

Our BDR's work in the field at our partner retail locations, greeting and engaging with customers face-to-face while generating interest in scheduling service appointments for residential furnace and air-conditioning maintenance & replacement. Were looking for motivated, sales driven & career-minded people to join our field team Energetic, outgoing, tenacious people who enjoy working with the public and have a little competitive spirit tend to be very successful in this position

8/22/24 from 10am to 4pm

Our Talent Thursday event is a day we dedicate to finding the right candidates for our open roles. On the spot interviews will be held for this position at our home office in Oklahoma City. Address is 7313 SW 67th Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73169. Snacks and waters are provided. Please come in through our left, side entrance of the building where we will be stationed with a sign-in sheet.

Responsibilities:

What Will I Do?

  • Greet customers in the store, encouraging them to stop and learn about the companys products and services
  • Engage customers in conversation and schedule an appointment for one of our Comfort Advisors to come out and provide an estimate
  • Attend required meetings and trainings
  • Represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically


Qualifications:

Do I Have What it Takes?

  • Reliable transportation and a smart phone (Bring your own device stipend offered)
  • Weekend availability required
  • Strong work ethic to perform independently with minimal supervision
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Bilingual speaking is a plus (but not required)

  • Standing/walking for sustained periods of time (in an air-conditioned building)
