Compensation

We offer a competitive salary for this position, estimated to be around $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

This is a remote position that requires regular travel within the territory. You must live near Oklahoma City, OK. As an HVAC Account Manager, you will represent one of the leading brands in the HVAC distribution channel for York Factory Direct, promoting the JCI portfolio in the assigned market.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Selling Residential and Commercial HVAC equipment, parts and supplies to HVAC contractors.
  • Developing partnerships with existing customers to increase share of wallet, while recruiting new customers into the York family to increase market share.
  • Representing a company proud to design, assemble and manufacture HVAC products in the USA.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • HVAC industry experience (required).
  • Minimum 3+ years of direct outside sales experience.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com.
  • Travel required to each customer within aligned market.
  • Self-motivated individuals with a high energy level and desire to achieve goals beyond what is required.
