RER Solutions, Inc., is accepting resumes for an Administrative Assistant to become a part of our superior workforce in the Minnesota area. The Administrative Assistant will provide onsite and remote federal program assistance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides customer service reception and service dispatch
  • Track preventive maintenance and service calls in NCMMS
  • Assist Project Manager in NCMMS reporting and developing monthly reports.
  • Power NCMMS user with the ability to manipulate the maintenance management system to produce a standard performance report
  • Support multiple administrative functions, including subcontract coordination, billing inquiries, program reporting, and deliverable schedule
Requirements
  • Able to obtain the required government access clearance
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Products (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a multimedia environment;
  • Excellent attention to detail, and an understanding of fundamental business writing
  • Ability to learn proprietary computer applications as necessary;
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team;
  • Proven skills in researching material;
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn concepts in multiple energy industry segments;


EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience in office management and administrative support
